IMT has successfully implemented ORACLE JDEdwards EnterpriseOne 8.10 for NAPCO consumers companies in Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah.

IMT’s scope of services includes full package implementation including finance suite, Inventory control, purchasing system, sales & manufacturing processes. In addition to IMT is also implementing its in-house developed specialized Payroll and HR for the middle east based on JDEdwards platform.

With IMT and JDEdwards solution NAPCO has achieved the project goals of streamlining all its business processes. In addition, Napco has extended the project scope to cover the sales process palm integration (on-line and off-line) for all its sales operation. Napco is deploying the latest technology through the usage of the palm to access JDEdwards functions within its manufacturing plant.

It has been a success story as the whole project has been completed ahead of the planned project plan spanning over 10 months.
